Brent crude trading at $89.88/bbl

Crude oil futures on Monday declined 1.92 per cent to Rs7,144 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for April delivery fell Rs140 or 1.92 per cent to Rs7,144 per barrel with a business volume of 7,463 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 1.37 per cent lower at $85.72 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 1.41 per cent lower at $89.88 per barrel in New York.
